ODBC Connectivity

I wonder if you can help with a connection problem between Excel 2013 (Windows 7)  and Oracle 11 XE (Centso 6.3) using a dsn.

I get an error when testing the connection, because of an error in initializing provider. Unspecified error.

Windows 7 is 64 bit

Oracle 11 XE is 64 bit

Oracle client is 64 bit ( i think)

ODBC Driver (Win 7) is in directory system32 (which I believe it not I believe indicates 64 bit, the 32 bit is included in the 64 bir directory, how can I verify this ?)

TNS PING:

TNS Ping Utility for 64-bit Windows: Version 11.2.0.1.0 - Production on 04-JAN-2014 15:42:34

Copyright (c) 1997, 2010, Oracle.  All rights reserved.

Used parameter files:

C:\oracle\product\11.2.0\client_1\network\admin\sqlnet.ora

Used TNSNAMES adapter to resolve the alias

Attempting to contact (DESCRIPTION = (ADDRESS_LIST = (ADDRESS = (PROTOCOL = TCP)(HOST = 192.168.1.19)(PORT = 1521))) (CONNECT_DATA = (SERVICE_NAME = XE)))

OK (30 msec)

Tool completed successfully

ODBC Data Source Administrator - I am able to confirm connectivity with the user dn.
