Java Exception violation

Running OHJ with Java 1.4 on Windows machines (I've seen on both Win2K and WinNT) occasionally gives an exception trace (included below). I realize that you have not yet certified on 1.4, and I also realize that this is probably some problem with the JRE itself. But, I just figured that I'd pass this on up the line. I haven't been able to come up with a test case that I can post on Sun's webpage, but maybe you can.
