Upgrading Data Miner Repository

After updating to the 4.01 release of SQL Developer, when I fired-off Data Miner, it immediately asked if I want to upgrade the data miner repository.

If I do that, will users of the older 4.0.0 release still be able to use their version of Data Miner ?
