Hi,

I am trying to install the data miner repository and have reached Step 7 in the following guide:

http://www.oracle.com/webfolder/technetwork/tutorials/obe/db/12c/r1/dm/ODM12c-SetUp.html?cid=8301&ssid=4584767588451

However, when I click to run this I get a task failed warning and the log is as shown below.

If anyone could help it would be much appreciated. Thanks.

    Hi

Looks like you installed the 12c db.  Make sure the Data Miner installation is in a pluggable database, not in the root container.  When you define the connection, did you use the SID or service name?  For a pluggable db, you should define the connection using the service name (e.g. pdborcl).

    Thanks.
