SelectManyChoice : dropDown issue

Hi,

I am using  JDEVADF_11.1.1.7.0_GENERIC_130226.1400.6493 version. Following is the test case.

In a screen if there are many components and a scroll bar comes then on clicking selectManyChoice, and scrolling using Mouse middle button the SelectManyChoice dropdown too gets scroll to other places.

Is this a ADF SelectManyChoice Bug, or there is a solution for this. I tried the same case scenario in Tag Guide , by minimizing window and using Mouse scroll , same thing happened.
