Please help me get JPL Orbit Diagram Working Again with 8.25

This is an essential tool provided by NASA JPL. Java-based. Worked fine till 8.25.

Now with 8.25 will NOT run on Chrome or FireFox on Windows 7 (tested on two PCs). I have added the suggested URLs to the exemptions list. Still nothing. Starts off promising BUT then gives me security exception.

Type in say C/2012 S1 to get a 'body' to look at -- this one is comet ISON.

Then at the top say "Show Orbit Diagram".
