Issue while downloading patches.

Hi All,
When I am trying to download any patch using my my login, I am not able to download it.
I am getting meassage like this, "You do not have the required access privilege to download this patch.".
What needs to be in this case ?

Pl check with your MOS Administrator, who can assign patch download privileges - http://docs.oracle.com/cd/E25290_01/doc.60/e28848/toc.htm#BGBDGCEF
