Oracle form 10g runs in dev but not in test

Hi,
I am a newbie to Oracle Forms 10g. We have dev and test environment . Forms runs well in dev environment but ther one single form which does not run in test.
Form do not show any error message in test.
Both environments have same forms, i compared databases both are identical. Versions of forms 10.1.2 , java 1.4.2_14. Being new to oracle forms i do not know where to look for the problem.
Forms are compiled in dev region. The .fmx file is then moved to test server.
Any help appreciated !!
