FV tables are empty. How I can upload data?
Example :
fv.fV_budgetary_transactions

Hi,
Is it Seeded tables ? For which purpose it is used ?
If they are seeded tables then you should go for Oracle Standard Open Interface or Standard API to upload the data.
It is not advisable to upload the data directly from back end.
