Read only transaction

I have a procedure that generates a separate report on each call. There are a number of these reports all containing overlapping subsets of the same data (thus multiple, separate calls to the reporting procedure). Because of the overlap, I'd like to ensure that they're all read consistent. In PL/SQL I'd do this by using the command "SET TRANSACTION READ ONLY". However, I do not see a corollary in ODP.NET. Is this possible?
