Is it possible to generate a UML diagram dynamically in APEX?

Hello,

I am looking to create a UML/Block diagram dynamically using oracle Apex 5.0. I have been able to generate a diagram using the OrgChart concept and google visualization plugin but was wondering if there is a plugin/CSS that can help generate a block diagram or a UML diagram dynamically using tree like data in a table?
