How to solve: task flow not detected in component palette during jar file import into other ADF fusi

Hi, I am using Jdev 12c (12.1.3) and am trying to import ADF fusion apps (namely CcmJar2.jar & PcmJar2.jar) into another, through jar file importation. I am able to import the respective Data Controls and the Connection databases work fine, however the task flows are not detected in the component palette. I get some duplicate name issues in the Message log, could this be causing the error? this is the entire log, right after jar file import into ViewController:

You mean that you don't see the task flows from the libraries in the component palette if you select the jar and open the region accordion?

Hi Timo, yes that's right, for my case, the region is empty - i tried to remove and re-add the jar but it didn't make a difference...

And the task flow is build from fragments?
