Sending automatic e-mails from CRM On Demand

Hi,

I want Siebel CRM O.D. to send an e-mail to the "Owner" of the account when the value of the "MOBILE_Competitor Contract End Date" field falls within the next 90 days.

I think this can not be done by using workflows easily. What could be the alternative way?

This is the wrong forum. This is the forum about Oracle Designer. Oracle Designer is Oracle's CASE tool for designing an information system and generating it. After generating the information system one is able to edit the generated code with Oracle Developer Suite. So I would suggest asking this question in a different forum.
