PHP7 / Centos 7 / OCI8 Segfaults

I setup a test box with CentOS 7.2.1511, Installed PHP7 (7.0.3) using the webtactic yum repos, and used rpm to install instaclient's, PECL for oci8. About 40% of the time the OCI8 query works, but about 60% of the time apache segfaults with:
Program received signal SIGSEGV, Segmentation fault.

I submitted a bug to the PHP team (HERE), but doesn't look like it has been assigned to anyone.
Has anyone else gotten oracle to work with PHP7 yet?

I've updated the bug and put it in the right queue. (It was reported against the 'Oracle' extension, which is the obsolete predecessor of OCI8)
