How to run a Java program under Windows 10 if command line is missing?

I know the Java development kit for 32-bits machines. So far I did not installed it under Windows 10.
My program worked in a windoiw and when the user clicked on the cancel button an error message was displayed.
How I should run the program and watch the errors now?

After clicking on a window icon and typing in "command promt" this function can be selected and the Java programs launched.
