Possible bug when importing a theme

Hi,

As posted on Twitter a few days ago (https://twitter.com/vincentmorneau/status/707650168129265664) I believe I have found a bug related to importing themes.

When importing a new theme (or a newer version of an existing theme), it appears that all template options that were assigned to a given app are dismissed and they all come back to default.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Build an application with custom theme.
2. Assign some template options to some components
3. Export current theme
4. Import same theme into same application
5. Replace theme (Switch theme button)
6. Template options from step 2 are lost.

Am I missing something?
