SQLcl 4.2 - WARNING: Could not open/create prefs root node Software\JavaSoft\Prefs on Windows 10

Hello team,
I download the new version SQLcl: Release 4.2.0.16.131.1023 and try to start this version on my Windows 10 workstation.
And I get the following Error:
.\sql.bat /nolog
Mai 17, 2016 6:09:28 PM java.util.prefs.WindowsPreferences <init>
WARNING: Could not open/create prefs root node Software\JavaSoft\Prefs at root 0x80000002. Windows RegCreateKeyEx(...) returned error code 5.
SQLcl at self is working, only an annoying message.
Hmm .. Is there something missing?
Should I start this as "administrator"?
Best Regards
Gunther

Hello team,
I found a Solution with:
- Open Regedit
- Go to "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\JavaSoft"
- Right click on the "JavaSoft" folder and create a key with the name "Prefs"
Now the message at start up time disappear.
But nothing is written under the Key?
What is the idea behind this feature?
May be it will be a good idea to capture the exception and show the user a description what he have to do?
Best Regards
Gunther
