You need to post in a forum appropriate to your question.
Just use your favorite search engine and search for 'java spring forum' or use a similar term for maven or eclipse.
I found PLENTY of links for spring forums.

Sorry, maybe I wasn't clear, what I meant was a forum within Oracle, as there are so many and I wasn't sure which one. Of course I looked on the net in general, but I thought some forums in here was a good place to start.
