Oracle EBS R12.1.2 website required added into IE Compatibility View ?

We are in Oracle EBS R12.1.2, and found the website need to be added into Compatibility View.
If the Oracle EBS website remove from the compatibility view setting, the button in the login page will running out of the box, and user responsibility is not able to display in the system.
Is there any workaround to solve this issue without turn-on the compatibility view ?
