Java Applet is Blank on FireFox on Mac OS/X

My applet is displaying properly in Firefox on Windows, and also Safari on Mac OS/X. However, when attempting to view the applet with FireFox on Mac OS/X, the applet is blank. It is actually running, but for some reason the display is blank. Does anyone have any ideas of what to do to get the applet to display properly? The problem occurs with both applets on my website.

Chances are that problem does not exist with your applet but it is with firefox of OSx. Have you checked on more than one Mac OSX to confirm that it is not a configuration settings problem on a specific mac machine.
