Oracle OEPE - Eclipse Helios Creating WL Server fails

Trying to setup Eclipse Helios by pointing to a remote machine with Weblogic 10.3 installed . Trying to create a server with Oracle Weblogic Server 11gR1 PS1 , PS2 , PS3
Always Get the error - The path ... does not contain a valid WebLogic Server install. , when pointing to the Oracle Weblogic install ( C:\Oracle\Middleware\.... )

Please refer to the tutorial on how to set-up remote WLS connection

Make sure that you are selecting the correct folder in the FMW install, such as C:\Oracle\Middleware\wlserver

Set WL_HOME if not set.
