TutorialHrRestService external deployment

How can I deploy the TutorialHrRestService to an external WeblogicServer using JDeveloper?

My trials with an ear file were not successfully.

application.xml and 2 jar are missing.

The deployment to the IntegratedWeblogicServer of Jdeveloper works fine.
