There isnt “portlet producer application” in JDeveloper

I couldnt find -> new -> applications -> webcenter portlet producer -> standards-based Java Portlet (JSR)
And i try to add from -> help -> check update to get related extensions
Test Proxy: Successfull,
I couldnt see all available updates
And failed...

You can dlownload the extensions from http://www.oracle.com/ocom/groups/public/@otn/documents/webcontent/156082.xml and install then from your local drive afterwards.

Sorry, I don't understand your question. From the images it looks like you already have installed the extensions.
You wanted to install the 'Core design time' and hte 'Portal design time'. they are on the list.

You right, My question is logically wrong.
These are my friend's JDeveloper items;
And that is my version 12.2.1.2.0 JDeveloper's items; I couldnt install like friend. -
