Suggestion for Oracle Apex Mobile APP

Hi ,
I am planing to try Oracle Apex 5 mobile application which should run on Andriod and iOS. I haven't decided on wrapper tool (might go with PhoneGap or Oracle MAF). I have some queries.
- will application run on offline mode
- will it be secured if I integrate payment API (strip or PayPal).
- What factors I should consider if users crosses 1k.
- will dynamic action work if I am using Hybrid Application ?
I am expecting a Honest suggestion, should I got with Oracle Apex or its better to go with Native application.
Regards,
Sadia

a) Offline - no. Every interaction with the database requires a connection. If you have the front end skills to define an effective SPA, then it can sit within APEX on top of the database
b) Security: Sure, if your architect SSL into your infrastructure. You may also be interested in this
Plenty of security options in the database, too
c) Scale: Can your database handle it? Probably. APEX scales really well.
d) DA: Why not? If your APEX app is sitting in Cordova, it's just another webpage. This web page can interact as normal, but perhaps your dynamic action could be set up to execute a Cordova API, or respond to a hardware event push through the layers.
