Java 8 FIPS 140-2 compliant random number generator

I need to write a random number generator that uses an algorithm that is FIPS 140-2 compliant/certified. I am having a tough time finding anything that will work for me. Anyone done this before?

Unfortunately, to my last knowledge the open source Java default cryptographic library (Bouncy Castle) is not FIPS 140-2 validated. However, there are strong, Government approved algorithms implemented in Bouncy Castle, such as AES-256 for symmetric encryption, but that in and of itself, does not alone imply a validated library, of course.
Regards,

There is now a FIPS certified version of the Java Bouncy Castle Libraries available at the Legion of the Bouncy Castle website.
