XML Parser issue

Hi,

I am getting the below error while parsing the response object, I am using xmlparserv2.jar. Please let me know what is the issue here?

What is there about 'invalid character in name' you don't understand?

What is the directory path? If the directory path ahs spaces such as C:/Program Files it could cause the type of error indicated. Do not include spaces in directory path.
