how to plot location in a map ?

I have a KLM file comprising of geo locational data.

I'd like to parse this file for data e.g latititude , logitude , height etc and finally  plot it in a map. Could you please help which API can help to plot  location in a map  with the parsed data ?

I have plan to show that map in my JSP web interface at a later stage.  Any suggestion which API could be most suitable towards that ?

At first you have to choose map...

OpenStreetMap , googlemap, yandexmap ....... or other map

You are not first how try to solve this task, there are many solutions
