interface for FTP other then Winscp

Hi All,
Customer is looking for interface to place files from local desktop to Oracle server using oracle form or webpage,as we do in Winscp but they don't want to use it as they find it complex
they want a interface having a button to browse file from desktop and another button to browse the path where we need to transfer the file and an upload button to complete the action.
kindly share any input or any alternate method to execute the same process .
