EBS Authentication from Outlook (APEX Standard Email)
APEX 5.0.1 , Release 12.1, Outlook 2010
Hi All,
I have users making use of the Actions Menu > Download > Email.
As part of the email with the attachment there is a standard message (which has a link to the app/page from which the email was sent and the user who sent it) - I've seen in the APEX Application Builder Users Guide that "it can not be removed".
However I have EBS Authentication and Authorisation setup (the method recommended in http://www.oracle.com/technetwork/developer-tools/apex/learnmore/apex-ebs-extension-white-paper-345780.pdf) but when the users click the link in the standard email message the Authentication won't let them through.
Is anyone able to advise on how to remedy this? Or if I would still be supported; where would I be able to remove just the link to the app/page from the standard email message so that they can just view the attachment?
