Is it possible to maximize the video lecture window?

Hi there,

Does anyone know if it's possible to maximize the window of video lecture?  It's normally good enough for me to watch the video lecture in the default small window when it opens up.  However lesson 4-3 (editing Java code) is very difficult to see what the instructor is selecting/pointing because I can barely see what he was doing on his computer.

Any advice from anyone?

Thanks,

Carol

    Hi Carol,

There should be a Maximize button at the bottom-right corner of the viewing window.  But I've also heard that sometimes peoples' viewing windows have a different UI.  In that case, an option would be watch the video directly on youtube where you'll be able to access the maximize button from the youtube UI.  The video can be found here: https://youtu.be/e5N-6i178No  Does that work better?

    Hi Nick,

Many thanks for rescuing me.   I've completed lab 3 and quiz 3 during weekend.  Hopefully I'll be able to finish this course on time.   My understanding is that I won't be able to access the course material after 5pm on 25th of May, which means I have to take quiz 4 before 5pm.  Is it ok to ask if it's possible to release the lab 4 solution a couple days earlier just in case there's a need to ask questions?

Ah, congrats on finishing Lab 3!  You're nearly there!

That's a good point.  I'll publish the Lab 4 solution a day beforehand.

Oops!  Sorry for the confusion.  When the course officially ends on the 25th, enrollment also ends.  But for everyone who's already enrolled, all the videos, slides, labs, and lab solutions can still be accessed.  I'll post special instructions on how to do this.  I'll also look the other way on the quizzes and extend their deadlines for a week.  But once the extra week passes (June 1), the quizzes won't be accessible anymore.
