I did not attend Oracle MOOC for Java SE 8 Lambdas and Streams dec 2016.
So anybody can tell me when will start new Oracle MOOC for Java SE 8 Lambdas and Streams?

Hi Shivam,
Not sure when another live version of the MOOC will be produced. But you can access most of the materials through an archived version of the course on the Oracle Learning Library's event calendar (https://apexapps.oracle.com/pls/apex/f?p=44785:147:107086987140295::NO:147:: ).
