Vishwanath has provided helpful pointers showing where to find answers to your questions. I can provide more direct answers to your specific questions.
C 5.9 is part of Sun Studio 12, released in 2007. Premier support for Studio 12 ended in 2012. Extended support for Studio 12 ended in 2015. Patches can still be downloaded, but no new patches will be released.
Patch 124867-01 has been obsoleted by a series of later patches, 124867-16 being the final patch, replacing all earlier patches. The later patches include everything that was in earlier patches, with additional updates. The obsoleted patches are no longer available.
Studio patches are not open source.
Possible courses of action for you:
1. (recommended) Update to the current Studio 12.6 release
and (just to be safe) rebuild all your code. However, if you are using a compiler from 2007, you may also be running an old Solaris version. If so, Studio 12.6 can't be used. The Studio Component Matrix
Oracle Solaris Studio Component Matrix
shows which Studio releases are compatible with which Solaris releases and updates. Perhaps a recent release will run on your Solaris version. If so, you can upgrade to that Studio release. You can verify the Solaris version and update level on a system by running the command
% cat /etc/release
2. Update your Studio installation to the latest patches on your systems.
3. If you saved the original downloaded patch 124867-01, you can apply it to other installations of Studio 12 on Sparc Solaris.
