    You'd have to ask the Exadata team, but I suspect not considering the Exadata doesn't run Oracle Linux 7 with UEK4 (as far as I know, but no-one actually lets me near one).

    Docker is supported.

    Here's an example of Oracle Enterprise R setup in a Docker container

    Docker is installed by default on recent Exadata image versions. It helps to decouple applications to resolve rpm dependency issues. An example here is Oracle R - Decoupling RPM Dependencies, running Oracle R Distribution (ORD) on Exadata Database Nodes in Docker.
