Associations not showing/loading, disappearing when they are loaded from a jar

Hi,
Our project is separated into multiple work space's. One workspace contains all entity's and all associations. That workspace is included in other workspaces where we create view objects form entities and associations.
The problem is that the associations don't automatically load when adding reference entity. Even after entity is added, choosing from dropdown "Association:" doesn't work anything.
After adding manually into the source xml, it works and shows as it should.
After adding list of values to an attribute of this view object, associations disappear again.
This problem doesn't happen every time for every view object, but does happen in most cases and its very frustrating.
Is this a genuine problem, or it has not bean discovered yet.
JDeveloper: 12.2.1.2.0
Thank you.
