How to make Basic Authentication with Users in a Table

I have read that Tutorial (https://oracle-base.com/articles/misc/oracle-rest-data-services-ords-authentication) , that Users can be creating on the ORDS server for Basic Authentication. Is it possible to use the Users that are save in my Table for the Basic Auth? I have a Table mit all my Users.  Users that are save in the Table should be able to access the ORDS Webservices. How to do that?
