Need design input

Hello all,
My current app I am having users upload a spreadsheet (Data Upload) that contains data. The template I am using for my app is Right Side Column where I have a List w/computations that will calculate the uploaded data, basically results.
I'd like to have three result tabs, but what component or item can I use to get this? It doesn't have to be the Right Side Column with List region. I'm open to any suggestions or ideas to having three result tabs for viewing. Can anyone recommend something?

One way to implement tabs is to have a "mother" region set to tab-container (template). And subregions (regions inside this mother region).
The subregions are then shown as tabs.
The universal theme demo application shows the steps how to do that. It also shows a second option using region display selectors.

Cool, think i'll set this up and see if the user is okay with it's design. Thanks!
