Error is comming when opening JDeveloper 12c.

Hi,

My JDeveloper was running perfectly but after some time it is giving error in popup "Unable to launch java virtual machine located at path C:\Program Files\Java\jdk1.8.0_144\bin\msvcr100.dll" msvcr100.dll is available in bin also .check attached image
