ODTforVS2015-122010 Error from internet unable to fin the requested .Net Framework Data Provider
I am using windows server 2012, installed the ODTforVS2015_122010. I have installed the entity frame from Nuget. I can connect to the Oracle Database, view the data from the data grid, but when I try to view from IE, I get the same error unable to find the requested .Net Framework Data Provider.
Everything works if I create an application, but nothing from the IE.

The most common reason I see this error is due to some mistake in either the machine.config or web.config file, such as this issue. In your case, it is more likely the problem is in the web.config, not the machine.config, which is why your data grid EF app works.
