connect to oracle db via SSL Certificate in C#.Net

Hi All,

I am having a console application which reads some data from flat files and apply business logic and insert that data into an oracle database.

Currently I am making use of a connection string which contains UserName & Password in the connection string itself and I use OracleDataAccess library to connect to oracle db.

I want to know if there is any possibility of connecting to the database using SSL certificates. If you could guide me to a code snippet that will be really helpful. I could not find this information or samples anywhere over the internet.

More recent versions of the ODP.NET doc have added a tutorial for configuring and troubleshooting TLS/SSL setup.

HI Alex,

Thank you so much for your reply. But I am still unable to create a wallet and make use of the SSL certificates to connect to the oracle DB . If there is a step by step guide or maybe any of the code snippet that would be really helpful for me to kickstart it.
