Can the table export feature be scheduled to occur at a specified date/time?

Hi Developers,
I see where jobs such as stored procedures and PL/SQL blocks can be scheduled. But can a simple table export be scheduled?
Thanks!
Kim
P.S. Using SQL Developer 4.1.5

Yes, using the sdcli binary you can create an OS job to kick off an export using the Cart
c:\Program Files\Oracle\sqldev\18.1\sqldeveloper\sqldeveloper\bin>sdcli dba
DBA Usage:
dba <command> <command arguments>
dba <command> -help|-h
Supported commands:
dbcopy -sourcedb <connname> -destdb <connname> [-logfile <filename>]
[-schemas <schema>+] [-tablespace <from> <to>]
[-copyddl [replace]] [-nocopyddl] [-copydata [truncate]] [-nocopydata]
[-consolidateschema] [-globalwhere <predicate>] [-deffile <filename>]
[-alltypes] [-alltypesbut <ddltype>+] [-notypesbut <ddltype>+]
[-owner <objectowner>] [-type <objecttype>] [-object <name>+] [-column <column>+] [-where <predicate>]
Example:
dbcopy -sourcedb "mysourceconnection" -destdb "mydestconnection" -logfile mylogfile.log -object "MYTABLE"
Copy a specified table between two connections, writing the output log to a specified file.
c:\Program Files\Oracle\sqldev\18.1\sqldeveloper\sqldeveloper\bin>sdcli cart
Invalid CART command: help
CART Usage:
cart <command> <command arguments>
cart <command> -help|h
Supported commands:
export -cart <savedcart.xml> -config|cfg <exportconfig.xml> [-target|tgt <dirorfilename>] [-logfile <filenameorstderr>] [-deffile <exportdefinitionfile>]
cloud -cart <savedcart.xml> -config|cfg <deploycloudconfig.xml> [-target|tgt <filename>] [-logfile <filenameorstderr>] [<clouddefinitionfile>]
copy -cart <savedcart.xml> -config|cfg <copyconfig.xml> [-logfile|log <filenameorstderr>] [-deffile <copydefinitionfile>]
Examples:
cart export -cart /home/carts/cart.xml -cfg /home/carts/exporttools.xml
