Version check failed components do not match

Hello,
After setting up SWSE and all siebel servers, I tried accessing callcenter_enu in browser and an error displayed like server is busy or crashed.
Version check failed components do no match.
Thank you.

Hello JohnA,
To find out what versions of Siebel you have installed.
1. Please set your ORACLE_HOME environment variable to the location of your siebsrvr directory and
2. run the opatch /s inventory command
3. This should list the version of Siebel that is installed for the Siebel Server
4. change the ORACLE_HOME environment variable to the location of your swse directory and
5. run the opatch /s inventory command
6. This should list the version of Siebel swse that is installed
7. Compare these version to see if they are the same
8. If not then please update to the the siebsrvr or swse to 8.1.1.9
Best regards.
