Oracle Edelivery site is not working

I am trying to access edelivery.oracle.com to install Informatica Power Center and after I login to my oracle account, I just get the blank page with URL: https://edelivery.oracle.com/osdc/faces/SoftwareDelivery
I tried with different latest browsers and also cleaned the cookies and cache multiple times but of no use.
I saw previously this issue being raised and the solution mentioned is the site worked after couple of works. But I am facing this issue from past 5 hours hence posting here.
