Hi,

I am trying to use sqlCl with a ADWH database.

I simply cannot get connected.

Let met explain the case.

I can connect to my ADWH database with SQLPLUS

I can connect to a normal, on premise, database with SQLCL -OCI

But, I cannot achieve a SQLCL -OCI connection to my ADWH database.

Please see below the output of the commands

-- SQLPLUS ADWH

gilles$ sqlplus admin/******@adwgh01_high

Username? (RETRYING) ('admin/*********@adwgh01_high'?)

I do not understand the error message.

How can ocijdb12 be not found when it is found with on-prem database ?

How can oci be failing when sqlplus (oci) works ?

Should anyone could bring its 2-cent, this would really be great.

Regards,

Gilles
