Caching the resources during the first hit

in JavaServer Pages (JSP) and JSTL

Hi,

I want to cache the resources and object during the first hit from the cache server, how we can handle first hit cache ? whether only CDN supports it or we have any other mechanism to handle it from Java itself. If so how we can use CDN to handle the first hit cache?
