MySQL Utilities Documentation

Hi, I'm looking for the documentaion on mysqlrpladmin and mysqlfailover. It used to be available at: https://dev.mysql.com/doc/mysql-utilities/en/

There are MOS notes that reference it still, but it no longer exists there. The only thing I can find is at: https://downloads.mysql.com/docs/mysql-utilities-1.6-en.pdf

Has the documentation been moved? are the utilities no longer supported?
