I'm using the latest version of UT and 18,2 and for some reason when my app is viewed on a small screen, all navigation disappears. Any ideas as to why this would happen and how I can fix it?

    Hello

It is designed to behave like this on mobile devices.

It's so that the usable space is maximized.

On mobile devices, a collapsed side navigation menu will not show at all.

On other devices it will have a 48px width.

    Regards

Is there a solution? How does a mobile user navigate the app?

    Hello Lee

If you're talking about the side navigation menu, it can be displayed by clicking on the hamburger menu.

If you're talking about the navigation bar menu (positioned near the end of the application's header), the labels are indeed hidden on smaller devices.

The easiest is to add icons to them which will always be displayed.

Thanks, sorry I should've been clearer - there is no hamburger menu appearing on the app at all. There is literally no way for the user to navigate. Im guessing the logo may have something to do with it? Thanks for taking the time to help.

Your application is using a custom(ised) theme. The Universal Theme as supplied implements the menu control button in the page template definition. Raise this with the UX designer or developer responsible for creating/maintaining the theme.

Thank you, it turns out it had been previously disabled by another developer. Thanks for your help
