Apex 18.2 - GetConsoleMode failed, LastError=|6| while running @apex_rest_config.sql for ORDS

Dear all,

I'm installing Apex 18.2 on Windows 2012 R2 and Oracle 18C.

Configuration is almost done, with ORDS on Tomcat, but when I open apex_admin, I get the message:

After reviewing the documentation, I found the RESTful configuration was missing, so I need to run @apex_rest_config.sql

But it stops with error GetConsoleMode failed, LastError=|6|

Can you please help on how to proceed here?
