I need a report of type Excel instead of RTF as output file size matters for us.

Hi,
I understood 3 steps mentioned above to enable the EXCEL option and to choose EXCEL type of template. But do we need to change the template file also which is of type RTF. If yes can you please provide steps/ sample of Excel template.
