HealthCheck for the MySQL Database

Is there any script which would run at each day to tell the MySQL database health-check, In Orace there is many ways which would be employed like addm report or session report.

How could that kind of report be accessed in the MySQL database.

If you are running MySQL Enterprise Monitor it will continuously check on the health of your instances.  Or you could use the MySQL Workbench dashboard to monitor one instance at a time.
