Problem with Data Modeler in the latest release of SQL Developer (19.1)

There appears to be a problem with the Data Modeler embedded in the latest release of SQL Developer (19.1) - Oracle SQL Developer Data Modeler version 19.1.0.081.0911 - primary keys are lost on re-opening.
Create a basic model:
save, close and re-open - yields:
The PK has disappeared?

I am seeing the same behavior in version 19.1 stand alone.
However, it appears to be a display issue, because when you open the same file using version 18.4, the key appears to be fully defined

There is a lot of bugs in this version. Attributes sequences are been losing too.

Please open a Service Request with My Oracle Support if you find a bug/reproducible test case.
If you don't have a support contract for your database, please post new threads here with descriptions of your issue with as many details as possible.
The developers have been off for holidays the past week or so, so these threads will be attended to shortly.

Attributes sequences are been losing too
what do you mean by that - is it about ordering of attributes in entities or it's related to columns in tables?
